Kiwi still comes out tops for me ... although you have to check to see if it's available in your area. 40 euro a month and no quota (unlimited). Speeds are good enough for streaming, the network never seems to suffer from 'peak' traffic periods and their offices are in Albi (calls charged at normal, local rate). I always speak to the same person on the phone - they always fix things quickly and I even got a rebate when the network went down for more than 2 days. I have used them since 2009 and can recommend them with confidence!
