Just to confirm Glynis’s remark on cream. Yes, when they have it, HyperU has fresh cream in a pot with green writing and it is in the middle of the cheese counter (to the side of the counter where they cut cheese). Check the date though ‘cos I’ve had it ‘off’ before and I don’t want to make scones.
Can someone also tell me what substitute one should use for buttermilk ? I haven’t found anything.
