Along the banks of the Aveyron in and around St. Antonin an army of civic minded people were out yesterday, wearing yellow tabards, rubber gloves and carrying sacks of your and my rubbish which had been discarded somewhere along the river banks over the summer period. Malc says "make it clear that we personally would not leave rubbish" . "OK Malc, will do" but someone out there does leave their rubbish. Fortunately residents who enjoy their beautiful countryside spent a day in miserable damp conditions clearing up.
