Meat equals murder, animal rights activists marched in the streets of Paris demanding that we all stop eating animals. Animals have rights, the protesters were saying. My stance on this - as long as animals are raised and cared for responsibly and they are killed humanely, if we can achieve that I would be happy. If in an ideal world we did not have to kill anything that would be wonderful but it is not going to happen. Why even the cats and dogs catch a rabbit and eat it given a chance. Max the cat will not even share a rabbit when he catches one, much to Bonny's disgust, he eats every bit including the tail and ears.
