Amazon 100% satisfaction

Val - I had a similar experience with Amazon recently. I bought a new computer through Amazon UK  After less than 2 weeks it just died. No nothing, not even a power light. I contacted them & got an immediate answer: Did I want a replacement? Or did I want a refund as they were now out of stock of that particular computer? As I liked the computer I said I wanted a replacement. This was all on December 18th. 
The new stock must have come in because on the 21st I got an email saying that my replacement computer would arrive the next day. It did!
That's what I call service! No wonder they're so successful.
