The answer was obvious, it is not that I gobble more food than most, it is because I gobble more quickly than most that makes me a few kilos heavier than I should be.
A French inventor from Paris has invented a fork that monitors the speed you eat and makes you slow down. Japanese scientists have shown the benefits of eating more slowly stopping your weight gains, giving better digestion and reduction of gastric reflux. The fork comes on sale in the summer but I hope by then following this advice to be miniscule.I am thinking of all the really slim people I know and am determined to watch their speed of eating and go at that speed.
