Keeping up with the news from Mali via Taglines and British newspapers hope the children and staff are safe and have all they need.
Christchurch has had a week of very high temps and the attendant fires , luckily two days of heavy rain have damped down the risk of spread but we are all very concerned about how devastating the fires are in Australia. Volunteer Fire crews have gone from NZ to help small repayment for their response to Christchurch when they sent Police Fire crew and Urban Search & Rescue plus victim identification experts.
I am in the midst of packing and moving to a temporary address for 4months until I depart for Europe May/June.
