We were phoned today by Patrick from the Moulin de Varen. We have been watching all the work going on as we go and walk the dogs along the river some mornings. The place is having a real refresh.
We were delighted to be told everything is official now and the Moulin will open at the beginning of May.
More news as we hear the official time of opening.
Another bit of news on La Seye et Vous at Verfeil, you really must say if you want vegetarian meal when booking. We took two friends who were helping me with the vide grenier and I think we threw the cat amongst the pigeons at the time of ordering asking for the vegetarian option.
