We had a private email last night from Laura, to say with the money we have all collected between Michelle Jones at St. Antonin and I they will be able to cover the money spent on wood etc. and have a bit left over to take on their trip to the Hungarian / Serbian border in November. The results of monies collected and monies spent will be published when we have all the figures together, after Sunday.

our bit from here and I am so glad that you have taken up the work as well.Val says the overwhelming awfulness of the situation makes us all weep around the world and with yesterdays news of the Russian bombings in Syria, my heart sank. I also despair when some blogs on facebook carry on with their good life stories as if there was no major crisis in the world. Why do these people not live in the real world ? They seem to want to protect their French idyll untouched by people living out in the cold , no food or shelter at Calais, and at the Mediterrean coast towns coming over from Italy. Well on TAG we report REAL news.
