Two things in that headline Malc queries, Famous Varen Show: well it will be by the time our "equipe" have finished.
So far we have two English, two French and one Dutch on the team
A nod and a wink from the Maire of Varen, mmm! difficult to believe but whatever, he has said yes, and by the end of the Show who knows he may be nodding and winking in every direction. The idea of a new event including all nationalities did come from him in the first instance, so marks there for trying at last.
We need a French name for it, if you have any ideas please send them to TAG.
The show or concours or whatever it will be called will be in Varen Salle des Fetes but it will be open to all not just Varenois. So a show for all, for all nationalities, adults and children, totally inclusive and somehow I will try and sneak donkeys in.
Within a few days categories for exhibits will be posted in French and English, sorry but my Dutch and Australian are very poor. Also the date will be given which will be the end of July or beginning of August.
If anyone has ideas for categories let us know, remember we can do our own thing and make it interesting for all.
