I have just been admiring your Donkey Shed on TAG (without triangulations!)

I was wondering what sort of treatment the woodyard had given the wood. I am looking for 'Autclaved' pine like they sell in Bricodepot but in thicker sections.

Malcolm tells me all the chevrons were treated, everything that goes into a roof has to be sold treated. He does not think Carles at Monteils will have Autoclaved  in stock but probably could order it. Their telephone no is 0565 296442 and there is a web site http://www.scieriecarles.fr
