Those kestrels again

I hardly dare mention it but those babies have not hatched yet. I know, I know, we thought they had but with so many false alarms with them this year I am not surprised. What we do know is that one bird is still sitting on the eggs and from time to time the shift is changed. When we remember other years the birds usually fledge at the beginning of July, with 6 baby kestrels  fledging over about 4 days. For those of you waiting for photo opportunities ''hold fast'' and as soon as regular flying / feeding visits are underway I will send out the alert.
