Thanks for putting it on your blog, I’ve had one email reply already from someone who also had vipers in her house and garden.
Unfortunately they are vipers, they are small, different colours and we have identified them in “Inventaire De La Faune De France”.
I know they are cautious and generally move away but I now constantly watch where I’m walking or gardening.

Val says I have asked Susan to keep us informed about how they manage the situation. I know there is always a worry with dogs and cats with vipers about. ( as well as the Grandchildren) The vet in Albi who bred Bonny said he had a constant problem with dogs being killed or poisoned by adders in and around the Gaillac vineyards.
