About me? Well I'm an American, one who has lived somewhere in Europe on & off for nearly 25 years. I've lived in Spain, Belgium, Germany, the USA and, of course, France. My career was all in the high technology industry (computer related) mainly in Marketing & Corporate management. Much of that time I was running European wide operations based in the UK.
As a travel moderator my qualification are that I've travelled well over a million miles visiting most European countries multiple times as well as many visits to the Far East, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and so on. Thus, I've stayed in many a hotel. eaten all kinds of food and seen multiple sights. More recently Linda & I have done house swaps in South Africa, the Uk and the USA.
As you know I'm an avid cook, golfer (not good, but enthusiastic) and occasional food oriented weblog writer.
