A small three year old child was found wandering along the motorway near Martres -Tolosane, he was apparently trying to catch his dog which had slipped his lead. The child lived at a farm by the side of the motorway and his Mother had not noticed him missing. A tourist passing phoned the gendarmes and the boy was picked up safely. What of the dog that had escaped.. he was sadly knocked down and killed, but just imagine that could have been the child .
