What I've done and what others might like to do is to put an icon which opens up this list right on my desktop. That way its instantly available in case of need. No searching around.
For those interested here's how to do it:
1) Open up the list in TagLines. Scroll to the bottom, hold down your left mouse button and scroll up to the top with the left mouse button still held down. All the text should now be high lighted.
2) Let the mouse button go then click on the Right mouse button. Select 'COPY' from the dropdown list & let go.
3) Now open MS Word and open a new blank page. Once open Right click on your mouse and select 'PASTE'. The Medical help list should appear.
4) At the top choose File/ Save as; Give the medical list a name and click OK. You should now have the List in 'My Documents'.
5) Close Word and open your My Documents folder. Find the Medical List in the My Documents folder and RIGHT CLICK on it. In the list that appears find 'Create Shortcut' and Left click on it. A new item called 'Medical List - shortcut' will appear.
6) Select the new item 'Medical List - shortcut' and RIGHT click on it. On the list that appears will be an item called 'Send to'. Click on this and another list will appear. On this List select Desktop. Left click on this and you've done it.
If you look at your Desktop there will be a new item named 'Medical List - Shortcut. A double click on this will immediately bring up the List.
I know this sounds complicated, but it really isn't that difficult. If anybody needs help they can call me (05 81 52 09 19) and I'll talk them through it.
PS: For all you gite owners. What a great thing to email all of your guest prior to their arrival.

I think having it in your gite pack,is a good idea and it is much more comprehensive that the one we have. Not sure about sending it before the holidaymakers arrive though. They might read the list and wonder if they should bother !
