Mary Parkes of Polish origin who lives at Vefeil sur Seye will be 86 years young on Monday 7th of Jan. Mary has lived in the region now for more than 20 years and is well known for her portrait painting. She has restored paintings and painted all of her life and exhibited around the world in the past. Very well known on the local boule pitches, Mary has a good eye. In fact will have two when she gets her cataract operated on in the next few weeks.
