No barbecues on their terrace.

In the Lot and Garonne a farmer has been ordered to move his cows away from his neighbours terrace. For 5 years a drinking trough for the cows was placed 10 metres  from the house causing flies and a sickening smell of cow dung. The farmer had hectares of land but refused to move the trough or  care  and farm the cows more hygenically. He has now been ordered by the courts to keep the cows at least 100 metres from his neighbours house. Why  would anyone make life so difficult for others when there was a simple solution.
