Mark Opstad is the very well known conductor of the Puycelsi
Choir. However if you have wondered what his day job is now is your opportunity
to come and listen to the Maîtrise de Toulouse, the youth choir of the
Conservatoire.
This choir of which he is the founder director was named by
the Lillian Bettancourt Foundation the best choir in France in 2017 and awarded
a prize of 250,000€. They will be
singing the Requiem by Duruflé and music by Ireland, Howells and Bainton
written to commemorate the lost lives of both world wars.
Tickets are priced at 15.00€ for adults, 10.00€ for students
