The prefectures of Tarn and Garonne and Lot have imposed some restrictions of using water from 7th July. In T&G it involves taking water from rivers on two days a week and in the Lot it extends to watering gardens and refilling private reservoirs (and presumably swimming pools). The restrictions are not department wide, so it will be worth checking with your mairie if you are concerned.
