I gather John and Sally have had to suspend operations for family reasons, and while they look for new premises - the latter seeming a bit odd given that they have only just moved to Cabestany, outside Perpignan (66). Meanwhile a couple of us are road testing a new gammon and bacon man called Andy Saunders, living between Albi and Carmaux (81), who does his own curing. Good impressions so far!
