2015 is when the law came in that our UK wills could take precedent over French law, and people with second marriages particularly have been waiting for this. We know of one elderly poorly man who said he was refusing to die till it was law.
A reader has told us that they had been to see their notaire at St. Antonin who says it will be a few years before it comes into effect?
Anybody know if this is true?
