It's not uncommon for footballers (or perhaps their agents) to post videos of their best goals. But a goal scored by a player for an Albi amateur team has been nominated for the prestigious FIFA Puskas Prize for the goal of the year. Even more surprising is that the goalscorer is a girl. Stephanie Roche is from Ireland and scored her goal when playing for her former club, but the prize contenders include Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robin van Persie from leading European clubs. Stephanie's goal, filmed with just one camera, has already had 3 million YouTube views and according to the local press has the world's media beating a path to Albi.
