A little French bull dog in the SPA at Valence- d' Agen has been attacked The refuge are making an appeal to help with a vets bill for the little dog called Fiona. The dog was attacked by another dog and now needs an operation which the vets say will cost 1,500 euros. The refuge itself is the SPA de Golfech, but it gives no tel. number if you wanted to donate.
I am not sure if trying to raise and then spending this amount of money on a homeless dog is a good use of funds. There are so many homeless dogs that there are no owners for, sadly some have to be put to sleep. I hate it, but better that than being caged for life like in some refuges that are not under the control of the SPA.
