Who do we know in the high echelons of power who may have the ear of the David Cameron and the government? Who has a house in South West France and spends many happy weeks and months here. Who do we know whose daughter was married in Varen Church , a lovely wedding, we went to the service. This person is Chris Patten who lives just outside Laguepie. He knows what our winters are like and surely can put in a word on our behalf. Chris, if you are reading this do not worry about signing the petition go directly to the top and tell David Cameron ... it is blinkin' freezing in Laguepie in the winter and you as we do want your winter fuel allowance.
