The traffic often causes bouchons/ blockages around Blagnac and Toulouse and so 17 million euros are being spent on measures to help the situation. If you are going to the airport it is always worth giving yourself half an hour to spare in case of " bouchons" due to the " gros traveaux"
A useful point to know in french - "milliards" are billions. I have been known in the past to quote milliards as millions, on these road works it is definitely millions.
