All you need in winter is a sweater round your shoulders

That statement has rung loud in our ears for 12 winters here in France. It was made by a local estate agent when we were viewing property in the area and asked what the winters were like. The heading was his reply.
Every winter we have seen him wrapped up in layers and thick winter coat, scarves and gloves and the temptation to mention sweaters has been high.
This winter for the first time he could just about have got away with it, albeit a very warm sweater.
Sunny skies and warm temperatures forecast again today.

The gentleman concerned must have shoulders in unusual places  -  
  (I believe he is an occasional TAG reader, btw).

Val says   He must have broad shoulders is what I think, but whoever this guy is he manages to sell plenty of houses, which is his role and he does it very well.
