Almost bought an old farmhouse but the mud brick walls had serious problems (a leaking roof had seen to that). The whole building had become structurally challenged (not signalled by the owners or the agent) - a nice way of saying it was falling down in parts.
Again on the hunt for a character property in Tarn et Garonne if anyone knows of one or is thinking of selling up ..max 240,000 euros with garden and no very near neighbours. (our house is sold so we're cash buyers)
Looking for at least two bedrooms. Not Moissac (bloody idiots have elected an FN maire) or anywhere near Golfech. (a nuclear site that's incomptetently run these past few years and plagued with problems). Not more than 30 km max from Montauban either, exception being anywhere leading up to Saint Antonin (but no further) on 'le causse' rather than down in the valley.
