I think Jo means the proposed taxation of incomes at source. There seems to be some debate as to whether this will be postponed until 2020 or scrapped, or implemented as planned on 1st January 2019. As it will concern employees rather than self employed or pensioners we are not sure how it will affect us. Any ideas?comments to taglines82@gmail.com
