As you are now putting houses for sale on TAG, I thought that readers may be interested to know that I am adding building surveys to my list of services provided by MCL Design.
These building reports will establish the current condition and state of repairs based on a detailed visual survey of the property + photos and my professional expertise. They include information on the materials and construction of the building for sale. This will provide buyers a good guide before they buy and outline defects that may require work, repairs or further investigation as well any obvious structural problems.
