A lady of 77 years was coming from Clermont Ferrand to Albi to visit her family for the holidays and wanted to get off the train at Gaillac. As the train was running late the stops had been shortened and, despite her son boarding the train to help with the bags, the train doors closed and continued on its journey before she could dismount. They had to wait until Lisle sur Tarn, where the station is unmanned and has no waiting room. As there was no train going the other way and no taxis they had to phone a friend to come and take them back to Gaillac to collect their car before going on to Albi.
SNCF explained the train had a scheduled stop of 1 minute and as the conductor saw no one wishing to board or alight the train resumed its voyage. They were sorry..
