Poldark returnsTo celebrate the return of Poldark to BBC 1 this weekend we are offering you the chance to win a signed copy of Robin Ellis' wonderful new cookery book.Robin, the original Ross Poldark, and his wife Meredith have been firm supporters of Festilitt since their first visit in 2014. As they set off on a US publicity tour this week, they have generously donated a signed copy of the book which shares Robin's lifetime collection of mediterranean-inspired recipes for healthy living and, in particular, for avoiding or controlling diabetes. The book is beautifully illustrated with over 250 of Meredith's photos, not only of the food, but also of their stunning surroundings in the Tarn.
