The barrage at Sivens was illegal

After all the trouble and disturbance to nature, forest, protesters and the death of one young man passionate about nature, the courts have found that the barrage at Sivens is illegal.
The way the police hasselled protesters was so wrong and in the event they were in the right.
How sad that family must be knowing their son did not need to die.
