The triple starred chef, recently voted the world's most influential restauranteur, has seen a new venture in Toulouse close down after little over 24 months due to "lack of customers".

Le Capucin was a new fast food concept selling conical shaped wraps filled with local produce, situated close to the Victor Hugo market. A spokesman said that after initial curiosity the business had declined to an unprofitable level and closing down was the best option. Bras and his fellow investors had hoped that the idea would be franchised nationwide but have now reconsidered.
