Jill asks for the blackberry ice cream recipe
200 grms blackberries
90grms caster sugar
1 soup spoon of lemon juice
1 egg yolk
225 mlof full milk ( quarter of a litre)
100 ml of creme fraiche
Blend it and freeze it.
