We get upset to hear of uncaring, unthinking people leaving dogs in cars. In Carcassonne a baby of four months was seen in a car left for some time whist the young parents went clothes shopping.
The baby was spotted by passers by in the clio parked in the centre of town after lunch in the searing heat, no shade. The gendarmes were called and broke a window of the car to get in, the suffering child was rushed to Carcassonne hospital for emergency treatment.
Children, babies, dogs we are supposed to have the sense to look after but some people fail miserably.
Thank heavens passers by saw this child in time to save it.
