Can anyone care for Stripey over the winter?

My mother is unwell and she needs me to look after her in the UK so I am going to close up my house and return to the UK for the winter. I will be leaving within the next two weeks.

I am looking for someone to take of my cat Stripey. She is a lovely neutered female. Very affectionate and she loves company and children. She has no problems and no special needs. She is a bit timid around dogs.
