Just read this in French Property News and thought it might be useful:
In order to apply for a new passport, British nationals living in France will now have to send their applications direct to Her Majesty’ Passport Office in the UK instead of the regional passport processing centrein Paris. Information on the new application process , as well as the application form, can be found atwww.gov.uk/overseas-passports. The premium rate charge for using the passport helpline has been dropped.
