Remy Simon, Chef at L'Oustal du Barry

Remmy Simon Chef at L'Oustal du Berry enters with Corinne Simon their eleven year at this prominantly positioned Najac Hotel. He is not one to stagnate and in time off has spent time researching menus and will this season have a special carte, "une carte bio" with products from local country producers. All his food his well sourced and can be traced to its origins, very important at the moment to reassure his clients. He opens for the season March 14th and we wish  him luck with the season.
