Which estate agent / immobilier are you using we are asked? Well what do we know about these things but I suddenly thought I could follow our selling progress through TAG.
We have chosen, up to now 3 agents with another arriving Monday
Agence L'Union was our first contact as we bought our first house from them 14 years ago.
Their visit must have been at least a month ago, probably more as time passes so quickly. So far nothing has appeared on their site and two phone calls asking do they perhaps need more info go unanswered.
Val says the following day our house is on the site.
Next Allez South West France who within a week brought our first prospective buyer, then a week later another view. The advert is up on their site looking good and after both visits contacted us with feed back.
Beaux Villages with the new local representative Geof Cryer came promptly and even though on holiday got the property on their site quickly. They have phoned to say there may be a possible viewing next week.
Monday we have the immobilier AG3 from Cordes coming, the only French agent we have chosen.
We are not expecting a quick sale with two properties together, even as wonderful as Mas del Sol, the choice of buyer must be more limited. It will be interesting for readers to see how estate agents
perform, a bit like a TOF report on estate agents. "TEA" TAG estate agents.
